Clinical study on sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate on the orthopaedics.Methods 128 patients with osteoarthritis were accepted sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity 25mg once a week,five times totally.Results Evaluated by Lingzhixiong's knee functional scales,three months follow-up showed 57 cases with excellent effect,51 good,12 middle and 8 bad.The excellent and good rate was 84.4%,the effective rate was93.8%.Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate was a positive effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
