Therapeutic effect of intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods 72 patients gonitis were treated with sodium hyaluronate.The patients were evaluated with Lequesne' Scale before and after treatment.Results The joint function of 106 knee improved.The total effective rate was 96.5%.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate can alleviate the symptom effectively,improve the joint' s function for knee joint osteoarthritis.
