Abstract
Hepatic fibrosis is regarded as a pathologically repair reaction of the liver caused by various kinds of chronic liver diseases. It is characterized by an excessive proliferation and abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix. Hepatic fibrosis is a middle pathological stage in the procession from various chronic liver diseases to hepatic cirrhosis. Recently, researches on cell signal passageway and hepatic fibrosis have made great progress. Here is to make a review of the correlation of signal pathways of protein kinase activated by mitogen,NF-κB,TGF-β / Smad Wnt,and relationship of hepatic fibrosis,so as to understand the molecular mechanism of hepatic fibrosis further and roundly.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
