Relation between expression of integrin αlphav,VEGF and MMP-2 and invasion,metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma

Objective To analyze the correlation between integrin αlphav and the angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcer(EOC),through detecting the expression of integrin αlphav,VEGF,MMP-2 in epithelial carcinoma of ovray.Methods SABC kit was used to detect the expression of integrin αlphav,VEGF,MMP-2 in the 60 case of EOC tissuses and 30 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor as negative control.Results The postive expression percentage of integrin αlphav,VEGF,MMP-2 in EOC were 68.33%,73.33%,65.00% respectively,and the positive expression percentage in benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissues were 13.33%,50.00%,43.33% respectively.The difference between two groups was significant(P0.01,P0.05,P0.05).The expression of integrin αlphav,VEGF,MMP-2 had relation with stage and grade.There was a positive correlation between the expression of integrin αlphav and MMP-2 or integrin αlphav and VEGF.Conclusion The expression of integrin αlphav,VEGF,MMP-2 had relation with stage and grade.There was a positive correlation between the expression of integrin αlphav and MMP-2 or integrin αlphav and VEGF,ingtegrin αlphav may advance invasion and metastasis of EOC.
