Abstract
A capillary GC with headspace for determination of residual methanol, chloroform and pyridine inolsalazine sodium was established. A HP-5 capillary column was used with water as the solvent. The average recoveries ofmethanol, chloroform and pyridine were 101.0%(RSD 1.3%), 98.5%(RSD 3.2%) and 97.8%(RSD 1.9%), respectively. The linear range were 4.75~47.5,0.74~7.4 and 2.94~29.4mg/ml, respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
