Abstract

A SPE-HPLC method has been established for the determination of herbicide mefenacet residue after experimental condition optimized. The liner relationship within the range of 0 mg/L~50.0 mg/L was satisfactory. The limit detection was 0.05 mg/L,the relative standard deviation was 0.9% and the average recovery was within 82.0%~104%.
