Investigation on Traditional Sports School Development in Linfen City

With the continuous development of the national fitness program and the continuous deepening of the reform of school physical education,the development of traditional sports school put forward higher requirements.In basic parts of amateur sports training,sports tradition school possess great proportion,therefore,the number and development from a certain extent,it can reflect the basic part of the amateur sports training work. In order to further understand the basic situation of traditional sports school of Linfen,this paper uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,survey by field visits,in the process of its development in the management mechanism and to guide the direction of the specific situation,found out that the traditional sports school of Linfen in policy implementation,funds investment and site facilities,faculty,selection and training channels and contradictions between learning and so on has many problems and deficiencies,and put forward that Linfen city sports and education departments should strengthen cooperation and mutual cooperation; strengthen the teaching body,relieve the contradictions between learning;Improve the management mechanism; increase the funds investment; reform the existing educational model conforms to practical suggestions on the development of traditional sports school of Linfen.
