Community Sports Development in Anhui Province:Achievement,Problems and Countermeasures

This paper investigated the community sports development in Anhui province by using the method of literature review,questionnaire and interview.The result shows that the community sports in Anhui province has made remarkable achievements in the management system reformation,policy and regulation formulation,organization construct,resources disposition and activity development,but problems still exist in the following aspects:the implementation of policies and regulations,the establishment of management structure,building and managing of the sports areas,the quantity and structure of sports instructors' training,the category and level of organization,the channel and socialized operation for raising funds,the way to evaluate work and establish of index system,and the cooperation with social intermediary.The paper proposed some countermeasures from perspectives of transforming idea,reinforcing the construction of sports facilities,enhancing the organization and socialization degree of community sports activities,improving the ways of raising and operating community sports funds,optimizing the structure of sports instructor team and establishing the long-efficiency mechanism of physique determination,speeding up the legalization advancement of community sports work,valuing the popularization of folk custom sports project and so on.The main purpose is to provide the decision-making reference for concerned departments for working out the development plan in community sports.
