Discussion on Geological Characteristics and Genesis of Huangjiagou-Jiangshuitian Molybdenum Deposit

Abstract

Qinling-Dabie area is important nonferrous metal,noble metal mineralization belt,molybdenum ore is the most characteristic one of mineral. Compared with the Shaanxi Province,progress of molybdenum prospecting work in TongbaiDabie area is relatively small,Huangjiagou-Jiangshuitian molybdenum deposit is a newly discovered deposit. The molybdenum ore occurs in metamorphic inclusion about gneissic granite. 25 ore bodies have been found,the ore body plane is NW—SE trending,grade of molybdenum is general 0. 03% ~ 0. 27%. In this paper,the geological features,geochemical and geophysical anomaly characteristics are summarized. In the analysis of controlling factors of ore and metallogenic environment,the genesis of the deposit are preliminary studied,preliminary view is that the deposit belongs to molybdenum deposit related to Yanshanian magmatism.
