Factors related with prognosis in chronic severe hepatitis.

Abstract

Objective To analyze factors affecting the prognosis of chronic posthepatitic cirrhosis cases.Methods There 120 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis were seleceted and divided into lmproved group and death group.The factors affecting the prognosis including age,sex,levels of serum total bilirubin(TBil),the first time HBVDNA,prothombin a ctivity(PTA),albumin(ALB),nutrition and complications were analyzed.Results The prognosis of chronic posthepatitic cirrhosis was conelated with age,sex,levels of TBil,PTA,ALB,HBVDNA nutrition and complications.Conclusion The age,sex levels of TBil,PTA,ALB,HBVDNA,nutrition and complications are important factors affecting of hepatitis B cases.
