Acute severe brain injury with the shock treatment of 25 cases

Objective: To summarize the severe head injury with shock treatment in patients with experience and clinical features, analysis of the causes of their shock and mechanism. Methods: The hospital treated 25 cases of severe brain injury patients with shock retrospective analysis of intensive care patients, timely surgery, and other anti-shock treatment. Results: The 25 patients who survived 15 patients, 10 patients died, the mortality rate was 40%. Conclusion: Early reasons for the rapid identification of shock, the correct early treatment can significantly improve the prognosis.
