Abstract
The protection of copyright on internet faces two problems: first, it′s difficult for a webmaster who exploits a work created by others to conclude a copyright license contracts with or obtain permission from the copyright owners; Second,it′s difficult for an author to stop copyright infringement on internet quickly. Collective management of the copyright on internet may be a better solution to those problems.
