Abstract
It analyzes inpatient medical expenses from eight different perspectives patients and hospital management.Differences in patients'attitude,inpatient selection and process,treatment expectation,medical material and pharmacological options were observed;hospital management could not adjust to insurance policy changes;over supply and other causes are important factors that lead to high medical expenses in patients with insurance plans.Full comprehension and execution of medical insurance policy,a complete medical insurance management system,and a fortified and independent medical insurance team are the keys to set up a reasonable mechanism efficiency control medal expanses in all perspectives.
