Abstract
To integrate the idea of mathematical modeling into the mathematics teaching is a good way to train the students' creative thinking and innovative ability and also an effective way to cultivate mathematical interests and to improve the students' comprehensive qualities.This paper mainly discusses the significance and function of the integration of the idea of mathematical modeling into vocational mathematics teaching under the current status of mathematics teaching in higher vocational colleges.Through some of the examples,it expounds some relevant methods.
