Abstract
Guohua Sanhe Power Plant Phase II Project is the first to cancel gas bypass in FGD and use the new technology of gas tower integration, which is a self-developed FGD core technology. The factors influencing the design and operation of FGD system after canceling the gas bypass were analyzed, based on this, the countermeasures were proposed. During the start-up, shut-down and accident conditions, the flue gas will still enter in the absorber for desulphurization then it is discharged to atmosphere through cooling tower. Thus can reduce the air pollution, prevent the stopping of FGD installation without permission, and provide technical support for the real-time supervising of environment protection.
