Abstract
【Objective】A method for rapid determination of 6 organic acids with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed.【Method】The wavelength of 210 nm were detected by use of a Ultimate C18 column(4.6×250 mm,5μ m),using phosphate buffer solution(pH2.0) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min .【Result】A method of HPLC determination for Tartaric acid,Malic acid,Ascorbic acid,Lactic acid,Acetic acid and Citric acid was developed. The relative standard deviations(RSD) was 1.38%-4.43% and the limits of detection was 0.012-2.291 mg/L.The recovery rate of the organic acids were 89.7%-105.8%.【Conclusion】The method was fast, reproducible and practical for the routine analysis of organic acids in grape.
