Abstract

An ion-pair reversed-phase HPLC method was developed for separation of water-soluble vitamins vitamin B_1, B_6, B_(12) and sodium benzoate and simultaneous determination of vitamin B_1, B-6, in oral liquid. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
