Study on the Building of Safety System Management

From the view of safety science,system science and management,the definition of safety system management is put forward.The subject contents of safety system management are elaborated: the theoretical basis of safety system management is safety science,system science and management;the research object is safety system;the research tasks are to use the theory and methods of modern management to reveal the law of system management activities and to establish system safety management models;the research contents are the categories and characteristics of safety system,law of system management,and its implementation process,methods and tools.Then,the methodology of safety system management is given,and the relations between safety system management and other subjects are discussed.By means of multi-view exploration of the theory of safety system management and its law,research thinking and research direction,It can be concluded as follow: as a branch subject of the safety management,the subject contents of safety system management is studied widely and its theoretical basis is firm,so the study will further enrich the basic theory of safety science.Due to the complex characteristics of safety system,such as Nonlinear and fuzzy,the methodology of safety system management should meet higher requirements.
