Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Glycosylated hemoglobin 1c(HbA1c) test for diagnosis of diabetes, efficacy evaluation and prediction of complications in clinical value. Methods: Choose hospitalization in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM group) 128 cases and out-patient healthy subjects(control group) 120 patients, measured by fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 hour plasma glucose(2hPG),Compared analysis of HbA1c and FPG,2hPG relevance;HbA1c and the incidence of diabetes related complications. Results: Observer Group FPG,2hPG and HbA1c were significantly higher than control group statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.01);HbA1c levels and the incidence of diabetic complications highly correlated(P0.01).Conclusion: Detection of blood HbA1c levels in diabetic patients with the diagnosis, evaluation of efficacy has important clinical value,FPG,2hPG and HbA1c joint detection more conducive to the early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
