Abstract
In view of mental health status of college students,the study combined the advantages of physical education characteristics,effectively intervened college students' mental health to try to build a optimized physical education curriculum system for college students,and its experimental results was studied,and showed the experimental class students were significantly decreased in interpersonal factors, depression factor,anxiety and other factors than pre-test scores,and better than the control classes.Research design of this experiment showed that optimization of physical education programs can improve college students' mental health,and the effect is significantly superior to the traditional physical education.
