Abstract

Through the research of The Self-report Symptom Inventory:Symptom Check List 90,the present study has measured health in dices of college students.The results indicate that physical education and physical exercises play a positive role in improving students’ mental health.Moreover,the more one attends physical education and take part in exercise,the better his mental health level will be improved.
