Abstract

Socialist market economy requires corresresponding economic ethic morals, strong public opinion and confidence in addition to such adjusting measures as economy, administration and law. Since China joins the WTO, it is important to strengthen the moral construction. This will benefit a lot to the establishment of new market order and the promotion of national economy.
