Abstract

From the perspective of the relationship between the Party and law,this article reviews the history of the understanding of the authority and the role of law on the part of CPC after its transition from a revolutionary party to a ruling one.It also analyzes the causes for the long unsuccessful governess,the typical of which is to govern by people.In the context of historical review and realistic consideration,the article then expounds the importance of the legalization of the way of governing for CPC,and meanwhile,actively explores ways to enforce the legalization.
