Review of teaching of the sketch course in fine arts

Since the mid-1980s,the teaching of the sketch course has not been paid enough attention to by art schools.Sketch is one of the important subjects of basic training of fine arts;it is not only a vital means to train the sculpting ability and to gather source material,but also an artistic form with unique aesthetic value at the same time.To learn sketch well enables one to explore his various expressing styles through the age-long yet modern artistic language-lines,and to show affectionately his impression of the concrete world,his understanding,emotions and thoughts.
