Abstract
The west development is a century strategy critical to the the great revival of Chinese people implemented by Community Party of China(CPC) and Chinese government.It has made great achievements since 2000 when it was first carried out.However,some problems still exist concerning this strategy.According to its strategic planning and arrangement,the west development has entered the comprehensive stage of development since 2006.With the lead by the CPC and the Chinese government and the support by the developed provincial areas,the west development will certainly be able to succeed under the hard efforts of all the nationalities in the west.
