Study on the construction of bilingual teaching staff in higher vocational colleges

Bilingual teachers,as the most direct perpetrators in bilingual education,is an endurance to achieve the goal of bilingual education.How to build a high level of bilingual teachers will directly determine the quality of higher vocational bilingual education.This article aims to explore on-the-job training model of the bilingual teacher and the measures to stabilize the bilingual teaching stuff,put forward the idea of building bilingual vocational teachers in order to promote bilingual educational experiment with high quality.
