Political Space for Chinese Government Restructuring

Chinese government restructuring is far from a pure administrative reform but a political one whether viewed from the restructuring plan or relevant structure or measures.Therefore,it should change from original passive pattern of from administration to politics into the active one of from politics to administration.Only by solving the problem of legitimate origin of power which determines reform performance,can it provide sound guarantee of basic system for all applications of power.This involves the depth of the reform,i.e.,the so-called deep-water area of the reform exists in the political field that determines the future instead of in the field of power application which takes on interim prosperity through little makeup so as to offer much-needed theoretical support for the modern reform.
