Problems of Chinese Political Restructuring and Ideas for Addressing them

This paper analyzes,from four aspects,those problems that appear in the process of deepening Chinese political restructuring and ideas for addressing them.It holds that,Chinese political restructuring should be promoted orderly yet steadily in a gradual and sure way.Adhering to the Principle of maintaining political authority,we must deepen political restructuring and social reform,expand citizens' participation in political affairs,limit and constraint political and administrative power at the law and system level,adapt to the new situation of globalization,change the ruling way and strengthen governance capability.
