Abstract
Finance engineering is the newest achievement,mark and orietation of the modern finance development.Development finance engineering provide the importment opportunity for China economy finance.According to the WEST finance engineering,risk management is the main aspect of finance engineering application and micro-finance management innovation.In the light of real condition of our economy finance use,to solve the finance problem through finance engineering can not copy the WEST country method.Our finance risk mainly originates from our economy system.So,it is the pressing matter of the moment to apply the finance engineering to the solution of our macro-finance problem.
