Abstract
The prospect of the development finance is determined by the solutions of the following three problems,namely,the existing space,business domain,safeguard mechanism.The development finance is a kind of beneficial and essential supplement to the commercial finance which perfects the country's financial system.The existing space and service domain of the development finance are determined by the weakness of the market mechanism. As a kind of special financial system arrangement,the development finance has the strategic sense,but the development finance sustainable development depends on the finance legislation.
