Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the oral mucous membrane irritation and skin all ergenic effect on extracts of prololis.METHODS Once and multiple dosing oral mucous membrane irritation test was carried out with rabbit model,and skin sensitization experiment was observed with guinea pig.Results:Extracts of prololis had no irritation on the normal oral mucous membrane,and no allergic response induced in guinea pig.CONCLUSION Extracts of prololis is a safety agent for external application.
