Abstract

Field trials on controlling rice planthoppers with Buprofezin and Chlorpyrifos(3∶1) ,Imidacloprid and Buprofezin(1∶5) ,Imidacloprid and Chlorpyrifos(1∶5) illustrated an effective control efficacy. One day after applying Imidacloprid and Buprofezin(1∶5) as well as Imidacloprid and Chlorpyrifos(1∶5) ,the control efficacy was approximately 80%,which was higher than applying Buprofezin or Chlorpyrifos and similar to applying Imidacloprid, that showed the two mixtures have quick bioactivity.14 days after applying different doses,Imidacloprid and Buprofezin(1∶5) had the longest persistent efficacy period, then Imidacloprid and Chlorpyrifos(1∶5) ,Buprofezin and Chlorpyrifos(3∶1) ,all 3 mixtures was longer than Chlorpyrifos, with 89.13%~95.46% of control efficacy.
