This article puts stress upon the reason of invalidation of resource intergenerational configuration to market mechanism. It discuss the new operation mechanism of effective configuration of resource intergenerational. That is establishing the new ethical ideas, and furthermore forming the controllable market mechanism about the dominant external constraint.
