To promote the establishment of Enterprise and Industrial Park of Good Faith,it is necessary to bring into play the role of trade unions in the establishment of harmonious labor relations.To maintain a good momentum of economic growth,it is of importance to actively coordinate the labor relations and firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers according to law such as trade union law,labor Law,etc.Moreover, four departments of Shunyi district,including the Federation of Trade Unions,the Bureau of Labor and Social Security,the Association of Enterprises and the Association of Industry and Commerce,jointly issued Implemen- tation Measures on Labor Relations Coordination of Business Unions of Shunyi District.
