The Research on Arrangement System of Scientific and Technological Development in Shanxi Province

The objective of research on scientific and technological arrangement is to pursue best form and common law of space organization of scientific and technological productivity for rationally utilizing regional resources and attaining greatest benefits.In this article,based on analysis of model of strategic arrangement of science and technology in Shanxi province and main factors influencing scientific and technological arrangement,the scientific and technological arrangement strategy of Shanxi in period of the twelfth five-year project was discussed around general arrangement frame of productivity in Shanxi.A scientific and technological arrangement system named one circle-three belts-one network was presented in article as well.The system has such radiant centers as metropolitan area of Taiyuan,town groups of North,Northeast and South Shanxi;it is established on foundation of constructing rural scientific and technological service bases at level of city,county and town;and it enjoys reasonable resource allocation,specific function and mutual linkage.The system is designed to accelerate strategic transformation of regional economy in Shanxi in period of the twelfth five-year project through solution of key problems in science and technology research,industry paradigm,technology radiation and scientific and technological services.
