The Construction of Vangarde Novel's Legal Status in Chinese Contemporary Literary History

According to Bourdieu's literary field theory,a new kind of literature can obtain its legitimate right to exist only after the author gets the legal rights of monopoly.The Chinese contemporary vangarde novels fully broke the traditional literary concept—culture as a vehicle,completely reversed the traditional novel from what to write to how to write,which resulted subversion of traditional aesthetic taste and reading mechanism in full range.The vangarde writers got their speaking right through a fairly complicated process.First,the vangarde writers got writer's identity,and then established their discourse right through various ways and means such as critics' support,seminars,essays,interviews,dialogues,lectures and so on.Finally,various literary schools' orientation for vangarde novels set its legal status in Chinese Contemporary Literary History.
