Abstract
A review of the content of nicotine in tobacco leaf was presented,including its synthesis and distribution,reason of high nicotine content in tobacco leaf, control measure of nicotine content in tobacco leaf,especially for the plant growth substances used in the control of nicotine content in tobacco leaf.Several useful suggestions on the control of nicotine content in tobacco leaf with plant growth substances were also put forward.
