Abstract
The contents of Pb and Cd were determined by graphite furnace atomic Absorption spectrometry(GF-AAS).The microwave-assisted sample digestion method and determination method for Pb and Cd in the Mollugo pentaphylla L.were established.The results indicated that the contents of Pb and Cd were 3.027 μg·kg-1(recovery 97.25%) and 1.021 μg·kg-1(recovery 100.03%)respectively.The graphaite furnace atomic Absorption spectrometric determination method is simple,high-speed,sensitive and accurate,which can be used to determine Pb and Cd in other traditional Chinese medicine.
