【Objective】【Objective】To observe the influence of Lipo PGE1 on hemodynamics of portal vein and splenic vein in patients of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension.【Methods】Fifty cases of liver cirrhosis were enrolled.The parameters,including diameter of portal vein and splenic vein(Dpv and Dsv),average velocity of blood flow in portal vein and splenic vein(Vpv and Vsv),quantity of blood flow in portal vein and splenic vein(Qpv and Qsv) were determined before and after treatment.The parameters were analysed.(【Results】)After treatment,Dpv and Dsv decreased,Spv and Ssv increased,and Qpv and Qsv reduced,showing significant difference in comparison with before treatment(P0.05 or P0.1).【 Conclusion 】Lipo PGE1 can improve portal hypertension effectively in liver cirrhosis patients
