Application of ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute abdomen

Objective To discuss the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods 764 patients with acute abdomen were diagnosed by ultrasonography,which was compared with the final clinical results.Results 727 patients'lesions or peripheral disease can be showed by ultrasonography.The ultrasonic diagnosis results were consistent with the final clinical results(95.1%).Conclusion The clinical application value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute abdomen is high and important,and the lesion site and degree and the disease around the lesion can be definitude by ultrasonography quickly.
