On the Further Education of Teachers in Universities

A society that values learning predetermines the need to recognize the necessity and significance of the further education of teachers in higher education.At present,this further education system in China is still defective: for instance,there is a lack of training on teaching-related techniques,a neglect of no-diplomacy technical training and of morality education to teachers,and an absence of evaluation mechanism.Effective measures are supposed to be taken to enhance teachers' further education so as to improve the whole staff's quality.
