Abstract
In the Northern Song Dynasty, Liao which lied in Northeast had deep relationships of polition and economic with the Western Xia which lied in Northwest. Their relations experienced counes of alliance, demolition, battle and resumer and effected deeply to changes of confrontation situation of Western Xia, Liao and Song Dynasty.
