Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of caspase-3 and the transcriptional levels of bcr/abl fusion gene mRNA in k562 cell line after the heat stimulation. Methods After 40℃,43℃,46℃ constant temperature stimulation for 30 minutes respectively, and using the 37℃ as a control, transcriptional levels of bcr/abl fusion gene mRNA were detected by RT-PCR technique and the expression of caspase-3 was detected by western blotting technique. Results After constant temperature stimulation for 30 minutes respectively, the transcriptional levels of bcr/abl fusion gene mRNA were up-regulated,but the expression of caspase-3 was down-regulated. Conclusion Heat stimulation could decrease the transcriptional level of bcr/abl fusion gene mRNA and increase the expression of caspase-3 quickly with the temperature stepping up gradually.
