Informationalization and Modernization of Management

In order to design the management scheme that is fit to the conditions of China,it's necessary to pay more attention to the theories of management science in the world,especially the theories of the developed countries,and further more to understand the application of informational technology in business and the influence on management.Western management theory mainly consists of scientific management,culture of enterprise,strategic management theory,informational economy and modern management.On the basis of learning and absorbing the Western management theory,we should apply those theories in China and establish the management theory with Chinese feature.During the economic practice,the development of information technology revolving around the computer network has or is exerting more and more important effect on business and managemet.We have to strengthen the construction of electronic business environment in technology,management,law and mechanism in order to adapt to the changes of international business environment and push the development of economy healthily.
