Abstract

Objective:To investigate the distinguishing significance of the ultrasound when used in identifying the early gestational sac, spurious and empty pregnant sac.Method:Each 20 patients were divided into 3 groups(early gestational sac goup, spurious gestational sac group and empty gestational sac group),who were all confirmed by clinic or surgery approaches from June 2011 to December 2012.All patients' examination results of ultrasonic were analyzed retrospectively.Result:In early gestational sac group, the average diameter of pregnant sac shows obvious rising trend when the gestational age increased.18patients' yolk sac and 12 patients' double circle symptom were detected. In spurious gestational sac group, the average diameter of pregnant sac showed no significant difference(P0.05).No yolk sac or double circle symptoms were detected. While in empty pregnant bursa group, the average diameter of pregnant saca had increased, but the increasing trend was much smoother when compared with early gestational sac group(P0.05),and was out of tune with the normal gestational age.7 patients' yolk sac were detected, however there was no double circle symptoms existed. Conclusion:Ultrasound is the key clinic method to distinguish early, spurious or empty pregnant sac.
