Abstract
【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection at cervical Jiaji points for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.【Methods】Eighty-two patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomized into groups A(n=42) and B(n=40).Group A received acupoint injection at cervical Jiaji points and group B received cervical traction.Six days constituted one treatment course. After two treatment courses, the therapeutic effect was evaluated.【Results】The comprehensive effect and pain relief in group A were better than those in group B(P0.05 or P0.01).【Conclusion】Acupoint injection at cervical Jiaji points is simple and can relieve symptoms for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.
