Abstract
Crisis management is the dynamic process of constant learning and adaptation, which involves preparation, operation, solution to crisis, and restoration after crisis solution. When crisis management is implemented, the analysis of the characteristics and models should be stressed and the principles and strategies considered. The process of crisis management includes prevention and preparation before a crisis and rapid response and restoration after the crisis, which constitutes two layers and four stages. Modern countries should endeavor to realize crisis management within the democratic framework and based on the principles of responsibility and satisfaction. To achieve crisis management comes only when a scientific crisis management system is set up. China should strengthen the study of crisis management and borrow the advanced experience so as to establish a system that suits the situations in China.
