Abstract

In the second globalization process,to create a new economic domain,China should carry out economy transformation from the industrial economy change to service economy,but to create a public terrace is the root of the economic transformation.The national cities,industries and business enterprises should work out a dynamic and sustaining programming,designing with the third industry for the predominance.
