On the Influences of Division of Global Value Chain on the Transformation of China's Economic Development Mode and the Countermeasures

China has achieved a lot in its economic development since the reform and opening-up policy was carried out more than 30 years ago.However,China is also faced with many problems at the same time,such as resource consummation,environment pollution,disorder in economic structure,etc..Economic globalization facilitates the division of global value chain to be an important trend in international division,which has influenced the transformation of China’s economic development mode in both positive and negative ways.Those influences are mainly reflected in such aspects as business development,interest assignments,market environment and market obstacles.It is required that the government,market and enterprises should work together to promote the status of China’s enterprises in the division of global value chain,so as to realize the transformation of China’s economic development mode.
