Problems and Strategies of the Development of the Tertiary Industry in China

Problems have sprung up with the development of the tertiary industry in China.These problems are as follows:the slow development of the tertiary industry,the disproportional interior structure of the tertiary industry,the low relative productivity of tertiary industry,the lwo market orientation of the tertiary industry.These problems are subject to such factors as macro economic policies,economic system and level of urbanization.Several strategies are provided to solve the above problems.They are followed as:providing circumstances for the development of the tertiary industry;applying different poerational strategies for different service goods;enforcing the income policy to balance the interior of the tertiary industry;deepening economic system reform to promote the market orientation of the tertiary industry;supporting and developing the service sectors which are in shortage.
